Return & Refund Policy

At Simply Rose Studios, each piece is created, produced, and fulfilled with great care. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final on Custom & Print-on-Demand Items
Most items sold through Simply Rose Studios are made to order, including:
Fine art prints
Framed prints
Studio merchandise
Apparel, home goods, and accessories
Because these items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
You must provide clear photos of:
The damaged or defective item
The packaging
The shipping label

Original Artwork Sales
All original artworks are final sale.
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.
If an original artwork arrives damaged in transit:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box
Approved damage claims will be resolved with a refund or replacement when possible.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an item has shipped.
If a package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If an item is eligible for a replacement due to damage or defect, it will be replaced with the same item.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale items, discounted products, and promotional purchases are final sale.
